Residential home buyers get up to 1% cash-back with a maximum of $2,500. Based on a minimum 2.5% final net commission paid by the seller, buyer shall get up to 1% with a maximum of $2,500 cash-back, at close of escrow.

For purchase prices of less than $350,000, buyers shall get a fixed cashback of $700.

Buyer cash-back will be paid directly to you after close of escrow.

We can represent you in purchasing resale homes as well as new construction homes in new developments if they offer broker co-ops.


List your property for sale for only 2% commission paid to us.

You decide on how much commission you want to pay the buyer's agent. This is a marketing decision that you can make when listing with us. You may set your commission at a rate that will entice buyers' agents to market your property.

Even with this flexibility, your total commission cost may still be lower than the 5% to 6% commission rates charged by the majority of agents and brokers.

We are a full-service real estate brokerage.

The following are the guaranteed services that are included in our listing agreement:

  • Multiple Listing Service
  • Colored flyers with professional artwork and photography
  • Yard signage
  • Open house
  • Personal showings of your property.

If we represent both seller and buyer in one transaction, the total commission charge shall only be 4%. Compare this cost to the 5% to 6% commission rates that other agents and brokers charge. You have to remember that we will be giving cash-back as an incentive to your buyer if we represent them in the same transaction. This incentive will make your property financially attractive to the buyer.
